Hi all,
I have a MacBook Air 13' 2012 model and to save space pulled all my movies and TV shows and put them on a 2TB HDD. I option-dragged them into iTunes so that the files wouldn't copy over to my machine but so that I could use iTunes to organise them - I have an Apple TV and iPad so for the sake of simplicity I don't want to use another program to sort them. The problem is that after I disconnect the HDD from my Air the artwork disappears and doesn't automatically appear when plugged back in. I was hoping there was a way to store the artwork locally so that it remains available even when the HDD is not connected. If it makes any difference I have used iFlicks to add metadata and artwork to my video files.
Is this possible?
