Has anyone seen if these particular features are on the new iPhone?

In contacts where the phone number has an extension most exchange users have 123-456-7891 x123. And my old phone understood that and allowed me to call direct. I need to put commas in the place of the x every time a new contact is pushed to the phone. That would be a huge help to me and I am sure a lot of people.

Also, if I call a contact on their cell and get no answer I would like to end the call in phone and be able to select another option like ofice number for the same contact without haveing to open contacts.

I am in sales so I am a very heavy phone user. Also wish the voice recognition was better voice to e mail.

Considering the new iPhone hasn't been announced yet, no one has seen anything.
