Want to sync my second hand iPhone with my MAC without erasing the games on it

Hi, I'm not sure if theres a way to do it, I didn't pay for these games so the "transfer purchase" option doesn't work. I tried TouchCopy11 but it freezes on the "Finding media library..." screen and nothing happens, and AppsToMac by some reason says "Your device has no Apps installed".
