Two WiFi Networks - Time Capsule & Netgear

I have recently joined the Mac world and have been using my Negear WiFi Modem to connect to the internet.
I bought a Time Capsule and want to use it to extend my network but I keep getting a double NAT message.
Is it possible to have both devices working as WiFi access points to the one ADSL connection?
 
you need to put it in bridge mode. (and hardwire the airport to your existing modem). If they are physically located right next to each other, you're probably better off turning off the wifi on the netgear.
