Not 4S, just 4. How much can I sell it for? Also, if it wasn't unlocked, how much could I sell it for?

Thanks a toooooon MacRumors! :)

Jesus christ, so people who are offering me $200 are ripping me off? Only thing is my home button is kinda meh.

They still make those though?
I don't know how much those lessers sell for, but considering that it might have future problems with the home button, my guess would be around $250. You will have be lucky to get $350 nowadays.
You are going to have to go to Ebay or Amazon or something to figure out their prices.

Sold my locked AT&T 4 for $400 on Craigslist. As everyone noted the prices are dropping. Don't wait to sell.

Surprised u got that much. Was it 32gb?

I live in orlando area. A huge black market for reseller's shipping to south america and also reselling to international tourists visiting Disney SeaWorld Universal theme parks.

Real selling prices for mint iPhone 4 32gb are about $300-350 (not jacked up advertised prices. And 16gb iPhone 4 sell for $250-300.

But congrats u go someone to pay $400 for iPhone 4. Cause that's the market for 16gb 4S in orlando craigslist.

Than again. Craigslist is all local and about supply and demand.

It all depends on condition too.
Mine was mint condition with the box and all acessories unopened still in that plastic wrap.
Also Ebay and paypal is probably going to take about $30-40 out for that auction too.

I wouldn't Ebay an iPhone, there are plenty of scammers out there, and Paypal now sides with buyers, so you could get screwed.

Now I am not saying its everyone, but why take the chance, its a good chunk of change....I just wouldn't risk it. Plenty of other ways to sell for more and safely.

Arghhh hate CL. I'll try some forums w/ heatware. Maybe sell it for a bit less than CL or ebay or whatever.

I definitely hate CL more than I hate Flea-bay. People on there just love to low-ball or play the "but I can get a new iPhone for $199" card....thinking I am stupid and don't realize that it's with a two year contract.

Or agree on a price then meet you and come up with half of the money you agreed upon.
Waste your time and piss you off all at once.
Or risk getting jumped for your merchantize or money.
CL is risky.

300-350. Just sold of one my 4S's for $400.

Not trying to make you regret selling it at that price but don't you think that's a little low? I put my 16GB 4S up on CL yesterday locked to AT&T for $400 and had five or six texts by this afternoon. Surely an unlocked device is worth at least half a buck more, no?

OP, I'd guess $350/$375 if it's in great shape.

Yes it was a 32gb decent condition. I always list more than I want since people ALWAYS give you lower offers. Yes I am indeed lucky :D
