I saw this article on an Android site but it certainly seems plausible.

Here is another article which states that it is the manufacturer claiming the patent has been secured so I guess they could be lying but if they did actually secure a patent for the design could Apple be in trouble there?

Seems like there is no level of craziness these patent lawsuits can't go.
