Recommendations on a Photo app which you can add text & clip art to a photo.

Is there an iPhone app in iTunes that you guys can recommend where you can write text onto photos? I'm looking for either a free or not too expensive app which can also enhanced or add clip arts to a photo. Hopefully, there's an all-in-one app.

Lastly, how do I get rid of my info in "Get Info" (when you tap on a file) so that if I edit the project/file/png/jpeg itself that my info doesn't appear.

I use NOTICA. Pretty great. It's a paid apps. I think $0.99? Or $1.

EDIT:
Ok. Just read your message more carefully. It doesn't write a note ON the photo, but you can write a description below it and the location.

Thanks. I think I found a couple for only .99cents. It's decent. but not as comprehensive as one made for a MAC.
