Resolved unlocking iPhone 4S?

I am pre-ordering the new iPhone whatever it's gonna be called, and I have a question about unlocking with AT&T. Once the new iPhone has been activated on my account, will I be able to unlock my 4S using AT&T?

You're doing an early upgrade?
Then yes, just call AT&T or use that website to request an unlock.
