Piip Messenger for Android and other major smartphone platforms allows you to send and receive messages for free using your mobile Internet service or a Wi-Fi connection. You can switch seamlessly between the Mobile and Web Messenger and continue your conversations from where you left them off. The app does not generate any additional costs, since it uses the same Internet data plan that you use for sending emails or surfing the web.
