I just spoke with a customer service rep online , i wanted a pin number that I never set up so I can port my number, I cant believe they asked me to give them the last 3 outgoing calls I made or the last 3 texts I sent out seriously? what happened to verifying the address or name , seriously last 3 numbers I dialed? WTH privacy?

It's just to verify your identify. They aren't asking for what you said, just the numbers you called and texted.

I've never ran into this before lol, people usually ask to verify the name, the address on file , a pin or password but they never ask you to provide the last 3 outgoing call numbers or text messages thats a bit too much:(

You act as though they can't easily find out that information already.

Yep, horrible customer service. How dare they attempt to verify the identity of a caller.
