As to price of 4S next week... we will know better on Wed, possibly. Would also think the used market will open up, depending on how much people like or dislike the new phone.

It will probably have a $50-100 dollar discount for a new one while they are still in stock. So $750-800 new. Used is a different story. Not sure there
I doubt the 64gb version of the 4S will still be available after the 5 launch, they only tend to keep the lowest-capacity version of the previous gen product available when the next-gen gets released.
If you mean after the new iPhone launches, you're out of luck. In the past, they discontinued larger capacity iPhones when the new generation launched. So, after the new iPhone launches, the 4S will only be available in 8GB capacity, again going off of history.
If you need a 64GB unlocked 4S, buy it now before the new one launches. It costs $849 USD. Otherwise, you're best bet will be eBay.
