Guys, has anyone that previously had problems adding an additional line to their family account had success with ATT.com ?
I get through the process but when the Data option comes up it tells me there are no plans available.
I called premier sales and they stated I would need to add new separate line, and then when I received the phone I would have it migrated to the family-plan. I plan on doing the 3rd line dummy phone trick so I would prefer not to start out that way.
