Restoring iPad from iCloud Question

Hey guys, so today I received an iPad 2 and I wanted to restore my iPad 3 backup onto it as it has all my photostream and all my iBook notes for class stored on there, is there any way I can restore it with with the iPad 3's? I have reset many times but it does not let me do it or it says error and my iPad 3 backup is not displayed...
 
I don't like the iPad 2 anymore:(:( the screen looks so horrible to my eyes, they hurt... Looking at text and everything seems so blurry...
