iPhone 5 Pre Order

Hi I pre ordered an iPhone 5 online via the apple website and verified my iTunes id and got a completed thank you for your order screen. I have not received a confirmation email of the order and the order does not appear in my orders information in my account information details. Has anyone else experienced this? I am worried the order did not go through as I would have thought I would get an email confirmation. Thanks Tim

You need to call Apple. They can help you out. Sounds like a server side problem.

If you get no indication of your purchase in 24 hours, call them.

Just called apple no record of order dispite an order number generated / thank you for your order page which I have sent them as a PDF. lol I am actually crying I will have to get up very early and wait in line now! ;0/!
