I currently have an early 2008 iMac and Mid-2010 MacBook Pro, both running Lion.
What would be the main selling points for me to upgrade to Mountain Lion? If it helps know what devices I have, I also have in the house an ATV 2 and ATV 3, two iPhones (soon to be iPhone 5's), and original iPad.
I know it's only $20, but I just haven't seen enough about it to upgrade yet.
