Which company covers LOST/STOLEN iPhone?

I read about all the thread as to which one insures better but my main concern is which one covers lost or stolen iPhone Is there going to be a deductible? Do you have to file police report?

Your home owners/renters insurance. Yes. Usually.

assurian sp? with verizon protects against loss/theft. the deductable is 150 i think and yes,police report required. I haven't had it in a while but that's what I remember...

AMEX iirc within the first 90 days.

What if I didn't use AMEX to purchase the iPhone but I do have AMEX, it's still covered

Unforuntately no. And it would only be up to the purchase price (so if you paid fully subsidized, then you'd only get that much back). Better than nothing, but still.
