Does anyone have problem grandfathering in their old services when upgrading from an existing iphone (3G in my case) to iphone 5? In particular I'm referring to the unlimited data plan and the 200 messages/$5 plan. I read from a post in the AT&T forum that the grandfathering option did not show up when someone tried to order from AT&T (I've confirmed that), but someone else did it thru Apple and was able to keep these plans (haven't tried it yet). Just want to see what other people's experience has been.
