iCloud backup hanging on pictures 65 of 160

so i am trying to back up my phone from a icloud backup but right now its just sitting there and hanging on picture 65 and is just hanging

has this happened to anybody?? im thinking maybe its some large video file but i doubt it its been there for about 15-20 min or so could it be a corrupt picture or something? corrupt backup?
 
If the problem is still persisting, I would post this in the iCloud section of the forums. Probably will have better luck getting advice from the right person over there.
