I want my phone set up like this

I'm just going to post because I spent some time finding the answer:

To place a Home button on your screen, go to :

Settings
General
Accessibility
Assistive Touch "On"
 
I was surprised by the video quality. Looks incredible (he filmed it with another iPhone 5). I thought it was funny how, at the end, you can see that he still has the plastic on the back of the phone. Everybody is still rocking the plastic :p
