TFF and 7447 Processor

I have a 12" 1.33MHZ G4 iBook. I've been using TFF for the 7450 processor, and was wondering if this is the correct version for my iBook as opposed to the 7400 version? I'm not a processor guru, but I do know that my iBook carries the 7447A processor.

You are using the correct version. The main difference between the two G4 versions is the number of AltiVec pipelines they are built for. The 7450 version is built for two. The 7447 G4s have two.
