Hello everybody,

I just got a used iphone 4. It works fine but I would like to know when it was produced/sold.

The serial number is

DNTGV........

Usually the TGV should be 123 < as in 2011 week 23.

Mine was built in the year 201T week GV :eek:

What the hell am I using? A refurb?

What difference does it make if its a used refurb?
Check out the warranty details here. It should give you some more info about it.

Just curiosity. I already own this phone, so there's no going back. I just thought I could get some history on it.

It has warrenty until Feb 2013. So i think it'd be nice to see if it was made in Feb 2011, or if it was made in Feb 2012.

For now, Im just going to assume this was steve jobs personal unique serial number.

DN = forconn china

TGV =The good villain
