What happened to Incredible Machine?

So I finally got an iPad and the first game I wanted to get was Incredible Machine. I know it was available last year because I wanted to get it for my husband for his iPad, but never did. When I search for it, it says the game has been removed. But why, and will it return? :( Anyone have any info?
