i am looking for a case that looks like this or close to it. anyone have suggestions for the iphone 5

That is one ugly case... Your best bet would be leather holster companies. Never seen a plastic/TPU/silicone case look like that.
 
It may be ugly but boy it serves the best of all worlds trust me it can be used as money clip credit card case it's just plain and simple I wish I can find something close if anyone has any ideas let me know
