My iphone is connected to WiFi very well and am able to use all the apps and browsers, however for some reason it just disconnects for some reason, I checked my other wi-fi enabled devices which seemed to be function just fine.
I would need to go to setting to restart Wifi and in some cases, forget network and add it again.
Please suggest.

There's other more in depth threads about this here's the summary of the solutions..

1. Reboot your phone.

2. Buy a newer wireless router

3. Swap iPhone 5 out at the apple store for a fix

4. Hope for a software fix comes sooner rather than later

I notice when I wake my phone up and unlock the LTE shows and then it switches to wifi?
