Hi guys : ) ... i need to recover some Photos that i Erased from Finder long time ago .. now I'm gonna give format to my hard drive and erase everything but suddenly in iPhoto mini display appears photos that i want it back ... but don't appear in Finder just in mini display ... iPhoto even don't show the image on screen just in mini display that its like a preview of image ... so I photo gets the the pics from somewhere but i can find them .. i have theory that the files with extension .apmaster are the pics in some kind of format that i can open ... someone can help me ?¿?

Once you erase a photo and empty the trash it's gone. Sometimes things can be recovered if the disk space has not been reused, but you said it was a long time ago so you're out of luck.

deleting iPhoto stuff via finder is a very bad idea. iPhoto probably has the icons from the photo stored and didn't delete since you deleted via finder.
