This evening I went to use Complete My Album for an album I'd previously bought 3 tracks from. When I went to the album it didn't show any as purchased, so I went to my purchased music. It showed the 3 tracks from the album but when I tried to click on the album it said the album wasn't available, it still shows if I go to it directly though. Any ideas what is going on?

It sounds like what is going on is that you have an Apple problem and rather than going to Apple for help you inexplicably came here. It really does not matter what is going on; what matters is going to the right place (Apple) to get it fixed. One of us here may know what is going on, but odds are that will not solve your problem.
Quite obviously, reboot, and upgrade iTunes if necessary. Then ask the experts (Apple) who actually have a good chance of both knowing what is going on as well as how to fix it. While there are a lot of smart folks here, the odds here are not nearly as good. That's like asking your brother-in-law the plumber what your cancer treatment regimen should be rather than simply going to a cancer specialist.
