I got them Sept 23 from the apple store, I have opened the box and used them, will they take them back or exchange them?

If you haven't opened it, they will take it back (maybe just give you a credit).
Past 14 days, you are out of luck unless you get a store manager to over ride.
I'd suggest you call the store before you try to take it back.
But the policy for 14 days for Apple products except for iPhones.
Why do you need them exchanged?
Stores have a time-limit on returns, past that point you would need a sympathetic manager to take them back.
