FAILED to upload pics FB, Twitter, Instagram on LTE

I have noticed since I have had this phone when I have full bars and try and upload photos to either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, it wont. I keep getting a "Failed" when uploading, and or a tweet wont even send. I have to shut LTE off and use 3G and it works fine. This has happed numerous times. I have Verizon

Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am in CT.

Myself and at least one other that I know of have seen this in different apps. We both happen to be in the Cincinnati, OH area and speculated there were some initial LTE service issues around here. There was a suggestion that they had since been resolved but I have yet to personally test in places where I know it was "broken" before. We're both on AT&T but I see you're on Verizon, so less likely this is just a service issue and maybe a firmware "feature".
