Pouch for iPhone 5 in slim case or bumper

Looking for a horizontal pouch with the following characteristics:

-Precise fit for the iPhone 5 in a slim case like the iFrogz Merge or a bumper
-Magnetic closure
-NO belt clip!

When I had a 4S I bought a pouch from Monoproce that is exactly what I am looking for. That however will not fit the iPhone 5 and it was tailored to a naked iPhone. Here's a link to see what it looked like:

This one has a removable belt clip, if that works for you, too.

Otherwise you'll have to wait until something suitable comes out, or use something like a ColcaSac, which is available for the iPhone 5 with a case.
