iTunes - Automatically reconnect to Home Sharing?

Hello,

I hope this is a good subforum to post this - It's obviously an "in between" a Mac app and iOS app.

I've noticed that when I leave my home wifi, I (obviously) disconnect from Home Sharing but have to manually reconnect when I get back on my home wifi.

Is it possible to automatically reconnect my iOS device to Home Sharing when I get within range of my wifi network?
