Question re Purchasing a 2011 iMac

Hey all, first time poster. After seeing the new imac, I am thinking that my needs would be met plenty well with a discounted 2011 model. I've been looking around and pretty much all everywhere seems to have only a $50 price drop. Should I expect a larger drop once the updated models start shipping?
 
I did consider refurb but getting deliveries to my apartment is kind of a pain so I was hoping I could just pick up one of the older models at either an apple store or a reseller.

But, for only $50 discount, I would probably just go for the newer model.
