Any rumors on when Aperture 4 might be released?

Also - when Apple released Aperture 3, was there an upgrade fee for owners of Aperture 2?
 
It'll release right around the time the new iWork, iLife, and Logic are released...

Apple isn't a PC company anymore, and I think they don't view themselves as a PC software company anymore.

It's all about cute little touch-enabled iPad apps now... "oh look! i can rotate the butterfly with my two fingers!"
