that will change banners/alerts from the top right corner to another corner? I hate that they pop up near the menu bar. I'd much prefer them to popup in the bottom left hand corner.

Do you mean for the Notifications in 10.8 Mountain Lion or for Growl or for something else? As for Notifications, I do not think so.
Notifications, yes. I wasn't really expecting to see there is one, but i was hoping. lol.
