Wrong city showing in weather widget in notification center

The city in my weather widget won't change from Ottawa. I've deleted the city from my weather app and added my city, but it still shows Ottawa in the notification centre. Can anyone help me out with this?

Do you have "location services" enabled for weather?

It does work with my location services turned on, but I usually keep it off to conserve battery life.

Turn off location services. Reboot. Turn on location services.

Fixed it for me.
