Got a quick question.
I bought an iPhone 5 from apple.com using a Verizon upgrade.
I received the phone and never activated it. Instead, I sold it on eBay to an international customer. It was sealed and never opened.
He finally received the phone and inserted his SIM in. He claims that the phone is asking for the billing zip code and last 4 digits of the account holders SS.
Is there any truth to this, or is someone trying to pull a fast one?
He is threatening negative feedback if I don't get back to him ASAP.
I asked him to send me a pic of the screen asking for this info.
Can anyone shed some light?
