iPad Cydia Problem

I'm getting this error and I don't know if it's cuz cydia is over loaded or something or if there's something wrong. I did a quick Google and couldn't find it anywhere.

no cydia is not overloaded..other way around..you've added too many repos..delete the unnecessary ones and that prompt will stop..for me total repos inclusive of stock ones=12..really no point to use more than that for me..cheers
