Is it the wallpaper? It's gotta be software because if it was hardware it wouldn't show up in a screen shot. Try changing your wallpaper to test it.
Yes it's not the wallpaper you can only see it with plain wallpapers like that one though

It is payed for and its a tweak called icon renamer dude it changes app names
IF it's *paid* for, why would you rename it from Tweetbot to iPadTweetbot? That doesn't make much sense. Why would you make the name worse?

Wow, you got defensive pretty quick. That tells me you did probably pirate the app. Why else would you get so defensive?
Here, I'll help. If you're concerned about the screen, take it to an Apple Store. If it is indeed a problem, they'll swap it out for you.
That still doesn't take away from the fact that the app is most likely pirated. I am willing to bet the Tapatalk is pirated also.
If you don't like the attention you get from stealing then don't do to.
Look at my mail app it says gmail did I pirate that as well ? O and also my safari app says browser o my they must be pirated as well hmmm jeez o my
So why wouldn't you add iPad to all of your app names or even be consistent and put it at the beginning or end all the apps. Your "story" is not believable don't get mad at me about it.
I'm not saying that piracy is good (I'm actually completely against it) but can we stay on topic and help the OP out here?
I just tried an all black wallpaper on my mini, and I didn't see those lines. It can't be hardware though. This is really weird. I thought it was an effect of the OS, but I couldn't see it on my iPad. And it did this before the jailbreak?

Thank you very much and I am against it as well I'm getting mad cause I didn't pirate and thank you for the help and the wallpaper is dark grey and yes it only does this with solid color dark wallpapers I noticed thanks for helping

That said, if you take it into Apple jailbroken they won't swap it, even if you scream and yell at them that the lines were there before you jailbroke it they will insist that you let them wipe it and put back on the correct software. If the lines are there with no jailbreak, you've in.
So yes it might perhaps be hardware so back it up, wipe it. As then go in. If they ask about it being freshly restored you can always say you thought it might be messed up software and tried to fix that yourself. They will love you for it.
