On my iPad, I've got the iPhone version of Plants vs. Zombies.

But this week, Plants vs. Zombies HD is free on the App Store, so of course I downloaded it for iPad. I want to move the saved game data from the iPhone version to the iPad (HD) version. And unfortunately, the developer is dumb and doesn't have iCloud syncing.

Any ideas on how to do this? Using iFile maybe to find the files that need to be moved?

Thanks.

AptBackup does game saves ?
I see another post that says the same, so it must.

No AppBackup. It's different than AptBackup. AppBackup backs up specific App Store apps. When you back up games, you backup up the game saves so when you restore your phone and re-jailbreak, you can restore the game back to EXACTLY how it was before the restore.

It's an incredible backup tool. It's free as well. I've never had any problems at all and I've been using it for years now. As a result, I have all my game saves from 2010 haha

Edit: So in the OP's case, he would use AppBackup to back up the game on his iPhone and then copy that file to his iPad, then use AppBackup on his iPad to restore the game. Both devices have to be jailbroken though.

I'm not 100% sure it works from iPhone to iPad as I've never tried it. Theoretically it should work though. Back in the day it worked for me when I transferred some game saves from my iPhone to my iPod.
