Facing a problem with keyboard while uploading pictures.

None of the font on that screen shot is standard. He has to be. Look at the time on the status bar as well.
yes i am jailbroken. if i update my status it works perfectly fine. but if i try to upload a picture it shows up like this!
If you restore, rejailbreak, and restore from backup, the problem should go away
Try sending a message or email via notes or YouTube, the keyboard will probably be raised like that too. It should be raised but can't say for certain
