No effect for Macbook Air.

The Haswell ULT is has a CPU and PCH on a single package, and is lot harder for Intel to replace it with a new stepping. Therefore, they fixed it before the launch.

Single-chip BGA-based Haswell implementations won’t exhibit the issue, as Intel intervened with updated chipset components on those soldered-down packages.

Also, on Windows its fixable with a Microsoft patch, for the non U and Y chips. That's probably applicable on Macs as well.
