Unlocking T-Mobile iPhone 5s

A lot be people here aren't sure if the iPhone 5s comes out unlocked or not but generally speaking

Is it true that after 40 days of using a T-Mobile phone with their plan, you can go to them to have your phone unlocked

If Purchased from Apple. Device ONLY, Full price, it is unlocked 100%.

If you didn't purchase it from Apple full price than yes there are some requirements to meet before they will unlock your phone and 40 days of service is one of them.
