Hi everyone
I'm a little confused now because i have read in here that others have upgraded the latest iMac 27" from i5 to i7-4771 (Haswell)
But what confuses me now is at everymac.com

It says that the latest iMacs uses Haswell Intel cpu's on socket LG1155 H2 ???
Thats what confuses me now. Everywhere i go it clearly says that the new i7-4771 uses socket LG1150 H3 and not LG1155 H2 socket ???
But on everymac it says that the latest iMac 27" uses a haswell 4771 but it also says socket LG1155.
How is that possible.
Unless i'm totally messed up in my head. Both yvry and haswell would use both LG1155 and LG1150 ???
Otherwise it is not possible that the new iMac 27" uses the new Haswell CPU unless everymac.com have write wrong all over.
Both iMac 27" and iMac 21" Haswell uses LG1155 H2 after what they say but everwhere else they say Haswell CPU uses LG1150 H3.. Weird
