Trash Bin not working

AS TITLE,

Anybody having this issue?

I delete some files, doesn't show up there, and deleted files in the Trash Bin, I have no ways to empty them.:mad:
 
Please try the following fix in order:

1) Run terminal command "sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash"

if nil help, then step 2.

2) Reboot into the recovery partition (by holding CMD + R during boot), run disk utility at there to repair permission.

if still nil help, then try the work around in step 3.

3) Open finder, click the disk, press "CMD +I" to get the disk info, tick the "Ignore ownership on this volume"
