Alternative to itunes for syncing with Mac ?

Itunes deleted all my music and playlists because of an error I got on my iPhone saying that it cannot sync ...

Is there any alternative to iTunes for Mac ? That could create playlists.. sync memos..etc.. everything that iTunes can do ?
