Hi all,

Thoroughly enjoying my new 2 day old maxed out I7 27" IMac - lots of learning though!

Silly question time!

In windows you can go to task manager and select users and then log them off.

Is there any facility to do this in Mavericks. My kids have timed access - and once their time has finished it just locks the IMac. I would like to be able to log their sessions off if possible?

TIA!

More than one user logged in at the same time? How does THAT work??

I think if you go to SystemPreferences/Security&Privacy/General/Advanced you will find a selection to "Log out after xxx minutes of inactivity".
