Do you guys know how long will the 2010 MacBook Pro get support for major updates of mac osx and do any of you Gus know if the 2010 MacBook Pro 13in will get supported with the next version of osx. If anybody would respond to this I would appreciate it thanks

I would have thought so.
 
One interesting note is that the 13" mid-2010 is the last MBP with a Core2Duo processor. So, it potentially marks the end of an era in terms of hardware.

Not to be rude, but your question has been answered twice.
Yes, your Mac will get the next version of OS X. And after that, another version. Your are fine until 2017, at least.

Example : a friends Macbook Pro 17" is from 2007, now we are in 2014. Thats 7 years. It's supported by Apple - it runs OS X Mavericks.
