Hi All,
Wondered if any of you out there have experienced this issue at all.
We have a windows 7 pro workstation setup in workgroup fashion not on the domain with 1 account which is an administrator
setup a basic share on the machine and gave full rights on both ACL and share permissions on windows machine to the administrator account.
It runs a piece of software which monitors this "hot folder" and then prints out the data dropped on by the macs.
We have a number of macs that then copy files to this share effectively drop it on.
Bit of a mixed environment of 10.6 and 10.8 macs along with some new 10.9 macs.
Since introducing the 10.9 macs into this environment we are having a problem where after 15 minutes of a reboot of the win machine we loose the connections on all macs and cannot remount to windows box without rebooting it yet if we browse on a windows machine to it all is working fine.
We were connecting over smb:\\ip address and then using the admin login credentials.
I have tried cifs:\\ip address and this has had mixed results but now getting different errors of -8060 then back to the normal error of -50
only a reboot is fixing it and as you can imagine its getting very laborious.
Anyone else seen anything similar and heard of a fix.
Thanks,
Lee
