Hey all. After much deliberation etc over which new Mac I want (between a 13" rMBP, 13" MBA, and 15" rMBP) I'd finally decided to save up for this one: http://store.apple.com/us/product/F...-23ghz-quad-core-intel-i7-with-retina-display but it's out of stock at the moment. Given that it was a refurbished model, what are the chances of that same model getting restocked? Is there anyway I could get it when I have the money from elsewhere instead of direct from Apple?
Thanks.

EDIT: I just called Apple's MBP sales dept and they said that their refurb inventory often changes, so there's always a chance that this machine could re-emerge at the same price point.

It is a popular model and regularly comes in and out of stock. It will be back soon.

Apple are the only place to do Apple certified refurbs. You can get "open box" MacBooks from places such as Best Buy but they will not be up to the Apple refurb standard and may even still be faulty.

Thanks for your reply! Yeah I'll wait for a restock.

Sorry Shiggy. It was listed as "out of stock" once my payment cleared for that very unit. Supposed to have it in a few days. :D
