Can I delete a photo from my PC, iPad & iPhone ?

I use iCloud photos and when I take a pic on either my iPhone or iPad it populates to those two devices plus my PC.

Can I delete a photo somehow and have it deletes in all three places?

If you delete it from photostream(iCloud) then yes, it will delete from all devices.

Install iCloud Control Panel for your PC to give you the ability to more easily copy/paste/edit/delete all cloud photos
