My wife accidentally spilled a huge glass of tea directly onto my Verizon iPhone 5. We immediately turned it off, dried it with towels, and shoved it into a huge bowl of rice.

And now I'm without a phone for the next 48 hours.

I still have my old iPhone 4. Is there an easy way I can reactivate it for the time being until my 5 is totally dry? I need to be able to answer my phone for business reasons.

Your help is GREATLY appreciated!

iPhone 5 soaked in water - can I reactivate old iPhone 4?

I don't have Verizon but I'm sure they can temporary reactivate the iPhone 4?

Otherwise, download an app like 'GV Phone'. Get a google voice number and have all calls(from main number) forwarded to that number.
